TERMS AND WARRANTY
1. General terms
These Terms govern the sale of Mycond and C&H air-to-water heat pumps by BROEIR.
By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Quote and payment
All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
To secure your order, a 20% deposit is required and the balance is paid upon delivery of the heat pump to the buyer's address.
Payment can be made by bank transfer, credit card or other agreed upon methods.
3. Delivery
Delivery is carried out within 72 hours from the moment of making a 20% deposit or at another agreed time.
We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
4. Warranty
Mycond and C&H heat pumps come with a standard 5 year warranty. If installed by a BROEIR certified installer, the warranty is 7 years, including defective parts and labor.
Warranty service is subject to proper use and maintenance of the equipment as specified in the user manual.
Regular maintenance by our certified technicians is required to maintain your warranty.
5. Maintenance and service.
Regular maintenance is essential to ensure optimal performance and longevity of your heat pump.
Annual maintenance is required and includes inspection, cleaning and adjustment of the system.
Failure to follow equipment maintenance recommendations may void your warranty.
6. Cancellation and return
Orders can be canceled within 14 days of the order date subject to payment of a cancellation fee.
Custom or special orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Returns of installed equipment will not be accepted unless it is proven to be defective and covered by warranty.
7. Responsibility
Our liability for any claims arising from the use of our products is limited to repair or replacement of the product during the warranty period.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the installation or use of our heat pumps.
8. Applicable law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Any disputes arising under these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ireland.
9. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in writing.
